Rookie LA is getting comfortable in the River City. He spent some time with Brandon Roy at the "Nautilus Fit Jam '06" in Vancouver Washington. It looks like they made a few new friends NFL Cheerleaders the "Seagals" from Paul Allen's other team, the Seattle Seahawks. (photo was taken by Nick Hernandez of OregonLive), Roy and Aldridge were more than willing to oblige the ladies with autographs.
The big controversy over the weekend was the proclamation from team officials who were quoted as saying that the team this year will be built around, and will be featuring, Zach Randolph. This is being found interesting in that the major moves in the trades for veterans in this off season have been at the power forward/center position. Raef LaFrenz, Magliore, and Alderidge are big contracts to sit in the pines all winter. Moves will be pending there is no secret of that. Packaging some of the clutter with the disgruntled Darius Miles and his monster contract can ease the scrum. Only after the fall camp and after if it all comes together will the questions be quieted. Only then, possibly.
