Heat! it is affecting all the training camps for most every NFL football team from California to New York, from North Dakota to Miami.
Another day of sweltering heat over 98 dgrees most of the day has required adjustments at River Falls Wisconsin. That heat however didn’t stop the Chiefs they held their third straight day of two-a-day practice sessions. They have been working a light two hour session in full pads in the mornings then go with shirts, shorts and helmets at the afternoon sessions. The club followed their standard schedule on Monday ammending it slightly holding a full-padded practice at 9:00 AM and a spiders (shorts and flap-jackets) practice at 3:45 PM.
He knows it is important to take care of boys today to have them healthy for tommorrow.
If you've got weather reports for your team workouts, drop me a line.
