Actually ...its interesting!

Seaside back to Kansas City... Along the Oregon Trail

Is this good news about the Seattle Sonics being sold? I wonder how it is being taken in the River City? What does this mean to the marketability and potential sale of the Trailblazers? Good news? Or very very bad? The peoples of Seattle my find much needed allies in arms- to the south, disguised as their "poor cousins"- "down" in Oregon. The people of Oregon may well be ready and willing to overlook past "differences" with those pious java suckers from the north.

It may be necessary to build bonds in this time of war. The history of Seattle and its' success with sports franchises may actually bring badly needed value to the table, in acting cohesively with Oregonians. This could be such an ugly precedent, leaving- the Great Northwest without representation in the NBA. Southern California has long cried it needs "one more" franchise! They keep saying for a heated rivalry and to regain their glory of old!
The NBA should draw a line in the sand for fear of losing the entire region with its army of disciples, as well as new crop of potential fans and advertisers for 2006-7 and beyond. Battling the Oakies for the services of the Sonics franchise, should be telling. Will Commish heed the large money, the heavy money, as well as capitolize on the remnant emtional pleas to do New Orleans right? Will he sacrifice an entire region for increased revenues from LAlaland?
Interesting very interesting.
