Kemp, 36, was arrested after midnight friday for driving without a license plate. An officer with Harris County pulled him over and said he noticed the smell of burning marijuana coming from Kemp's vehicle. He found less than 2 ounces of the illegal drug in Kemp's possession, but was released from sheriffs custody after posting a $500 cash bond. He faces a July 28 court appearance.
The last time we saw in a courtroom was just last November. He was at that time picked up in a car with a bag of marijuana, cocaine, a loaded pistol, and a friend. He blamed it initially on the friend. This time... there wasnt a friend in sight! ...Last we heard from him he was adamant "I've definitely learned from this," Jail was, "not a place I'm familiar with, and you shall not see me back in this position again."
Since then he moved to Houston, six months ago, taking with him a "personal trainer". Just where was she? I can just hope she was pretty thing! Anyway. Good luck dude. Still got those rehab notes from 2001? Maybe next time, move to Orlando?
