Former Big-12'er Aldridge May See Competition

Owner Paul Allen could be back in the drivers seat, wheeling and dealing for the Portland trailblazers! The latest "knowledgeable" rumors are about the contact between the club and the Milwaukee Bucks. This however may not be good news for Aldridge, potentially stacking the power forward/center position.
Many Oregonians though, are excited that another 6'11 pf- Jamaal Magliore could go west in any exchange. The move could free a longtime logjam in the frontcourt. It would send the Bucks G Steve Blake, CF Brian Skinner, and C Ha Seung-Jin. Most see the real excitement in speculation that the "newly re-interested" owner Allen has become more "hands-on" in order to free minutes for his own personal favorite 1,2s on the roster, while adding depth in backcourt to make the team more flexile.
The bottom line though, could result in less minutes for LaMarcus Aldridge. It would however allow him time to "hit the weightroom" and add bulk the club is saying will be required to make him a more valuable NBA rebounder.
Stay tuned for more
