Hold your heads high. Hell, ya know, the whole team played well. They followed the game plan to the letter. Great job, good concentration, all good focus.
The only gliches, the Johnson fumble in Quarter number one, the brain cramps that befuddled Huard on MAYBE two occasions (actually, yeah, kudos to him too!) We just caught a couple bad breaks. Literally. Thats it, amen, game over.
You all did well, the ferocity on defense was there. I'm proud of you, the new angry Chief attitude was prevelant to all who watched the game. Honestly folks, them Broncos were looking at each other, mouths agape, stood on their heels for just about the entire game. The exception: the final drive... game over.
Take a nice long break all... Hey the best news of the day: That the Chargers, 2-0, (who complied 40pts yesterday) are looking at Baltimore on the road, then follow with Pittsburgh at home. They could be 3-2 coming into Arrowhead week 7!!!
We'll have to see...
The 49ers will be stopped, Arizona too on the road. Then the next big test: the Steelers in Pittsburgh will test the "meddle" of this strong Chiefs Defense.
Interesting season, it is unfolding!
